The Arrival
Book transportation with us (pickup point is at the airport) or come on your own.
Upon arrival, the staff will greet you with a cocktail, cold water, and fresh fruit.
Sip your cocktail, use the restroom, and relax. Please enjoy our ranch before the tour starts. It's beautiful.
If you are a dog lover, bring some treats! 🐶
The Grounds
After you settle in, a host will take you on a stroll around our wonderful grounds.
You will see our agave garden, the agave fields, our chapel, fruit trees, and more. 🧑🌾
You will learn about our 150 years of family history and all about agave farming.
There are plenty of native plants on our ranch to see. Be sure to wear appropriate footware. 👟
The Process
Each day, you may see parts of the agave spirits production process in action. 🪓
You will learn how to turn a big, fibrous agave into a delicious artisanal spirit.
You will eat cooked blue agave from our ancestral agave oven.
See what it takes to go from the agave field to the bottle. 🍾
The Tasting
After learning about the process, the fun part. The six-course spirits tasting. The tasting may include tequila, mezcal, raicilla, and other artisan Mexican spirits. Most of them we make on our ranch.
We highly recommend the $180 peso chocolate pairing. It is from a local, award-winning chocolatier.
You will also get water and our tasty, homemade dehydrated snacks.

Shopping
After the tasting is over, you wll have the option to buy bottles to take home with you.
A light menu will offer snacks like guacamole and beef jerky, plus beers, cocktails, and wine.
